La focaccia al pomodoro è un’ottima focaccia cosparsa in superficie con pomodoro, olio extra vergine di oliva, sale e origano. Il sapore ricorda un po’ quello della pizza rossa, ma con la consistenza tipica della focaccia. Ottima se gustata da sola, ma anche farcita Servita a quadrotti è ottima anche come aperitivo o antipasto.

Ingredienti: amido di frumento deglutinato, acqua, olio extra vergine di oliva, amido di mais, pomodoro pelato 35% (pomidori, succo di pomodoro), lievito, fibre vegetali (psyllium, inulina) destrosio, sale, addensante: guar, E464, aromi.
